Hoppy was a native of Jacksonville and worked for Acosti Engineering for over 30 years. He was a hard worker, an avid hunter and enjoyed fishing. Hoppy was a man of few words but loved his family most of all.
He is survived by his wife, son, daughter, two siblings, stepson and six grandchildren.
Preceded in death by his parents and five siblings.
Hoppy will be truly missed by everyone.
A graveside service for Arthur will be held Friday, March 1, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at Riverside Memorial Park, 7242 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32205.
