Atlas “AT” Hargrove, 84 passed away Nov 5, 2013 in his home following a lengthy illness. He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Betty Joyce. “AT” was a member of Cedar Creek Baptist Church and the owner of D & M Coffee Service. “AT” has two daughters Marsha (Harold) Norris of North Carolina and Christina (Scott) Bell of Jacksonville; two sons, Thomas Michael (Sheila) of Yulee and Joshua David of Jacksonville; two granddaughters Priscilla Key and Jennifer Hargrove, seven Great-grandchildren and one great-great grandson. “AT” is predeceased by one son David L. and one grandson David W. The family will receive friends from 6-8 Pm Friday Nov. 8, 2013 at Town and Country Funeral Home, 7242 Normandy Blvd. Jacksonville. A graveside service at Riverside Memorial Park will be held Sat. Nov 9,2013 at 11 AM, Pastor Carl Logan Chaplin Vitas Hospice Care officiating. The family wishes to extend a special thanks to the nurses and staff of Vitas Hospice Care, and also the staff of Dr. E. Saikali.
