Barbara Anne Fort, 83, of Orange Park, Florida, died unexpectedly and peacefully on Saturday, April 6th, 2019. Barbara, a native of New York, resided in Florida since 1954. She met her beloved husband and best friend, Robert A Fort, and married in West Palm Beach, Florida. She was a Senior Account Executive for Household Finance and traveled with her military husband, finally settling in Orange Park, Florida when he retired.
She was a member of Grace Episcopal Church in Orange Park, Florida; and a member of the Loyal Order of the Moose. She is survived by her beloved sister, Mary Lou Kaminske; her niece, Suzanne Gaus, her husband, Douglas; her nephew, James R Kaminske, his wife, Lisa and their children, Ryan and Lauren; her sister-in-law, Beverly Wadsworth.
The family wishes to extend our personal thanks to her pastor, Father Patrick and her church family and friends for their support during this difficult time. A Memorial service will be held for family and friends at Grace Episcopal Church, 245 Kingsley Ave, Orange Park on Saturday, May 18, 2019 at 11:00 am.
