Barbara B. Hughes, 79 went to be with the lord on Sunday March 9, 2025. She was born May 23, 1945 in Jacksonville, FL to the late Robert E.and Mary D. Bragg. She loved being outdoors, Traveling, Red Roses, Butterflies, and Crocheting. She was a fan of the Jacksonville Jaguars. In her younger years loved going fishing from her cousin's dock. She loved her family and friends and never met a stranger.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her Husband Frank Hughes and Niece Barabra J. Timmons
She is survived by her Long time Boyfriend Larry Harrison, Sister Roberta T. Willard, Niece Mary M. Timmons (Neal) , Great Niece's Graci Belcher and Lilli Thurman, Great Nephew Hunter Thurman. And many cousins.
A visitation for Barbara will be held Monday, March 17, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Hardage-Giddens, Riverside Memorial Park & Funeral Home, 7242 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32205. A funeral service will occur Monday, March 17, 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, 7242 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32205. A committal will occur Monday, March 17, 2025 from 3:00 PM at Hardage- Giddens, Riverside Memorial Park & Funeral Home, 7242 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32205.
