Dr. P, as he was known, raised his family and made his roots in Putnam County where he helped care for the people of Welaka, Palatka, and surrounding communities at his Family Practices for 45 years. He spent his life caring and healing others while providing a loving and supportive home for his family. Dr. P was the first in his family to migrate from the Philippines, and helped his family seek out their hopes and dreams in America. Dr. P gave selflessly and worked tirelessly alongside his wife to ensure others were provided the care they needed.

Dr. Prudencio is survived by his Son, Raymond, Daughter Kaye, Daughter In Law Lindy, Son In Law Terry, grandchildren Ethan, Sophia, and Noah; Brothers; Sam, Billy Boy, Steve, Noel, and Sister Patty. He was preceded in death by his wife, Becky Prudencio.

We take comfort knowing he is with the Lord, and reunited with the love of his life, our mom Becky.

Visitation will be held on November 15, 2025, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at Resurrection Catholic Church, located at 3383 University Blvd. North, Jacksonville, FL, 32277.

The funeral service will follow at 11:00 am at the same location.
