Billie resided at 296 E. 47th St, Jacksonville, FL 32208 with his wife of over sixty years; Agnes Snipes. He was employed as a brick mason and was a member of Local#1 Bricklayers union since October 1959 until his eventual retirement. He was a hard worker. Billie loved fishing and loved God, shown in his membership with Paxon Revival Center. Billie had a big heart and was known by all as “Pops”.

Services in honor of Billie will be held at Hardage-Giddens Riverside Memorial Park and Funeral Home, 7242 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, FL. 32205, on Saturday January 19, 2019 beginning with a Viewing at 12:00 PM with a Celebration of his life to follow at 1:00 PM.
