Casie Elizabeth Moore

Casie was born Oct. 18, 1978, in New Orleans, LA and moved to Jacksonville in 1992. Casie worked with her fiancé in their construction and remodeling business. She was an ardent New Orleans Saints fan who was known fondly for her enthusiastic football rhetoric. She was a loving and caring fiancé, daughter, mother, sister, granddaughter and friend. Her smile lit up the room and warmed the hearts of all who knew her. Casie had a passion for life and a great love for her family and friends.

She is survived by her fiancé, Donovan Carroll, Jacksonville; mother, Holly Dufresne, Jacksonville; father and stepmother, Timothy and Cindy Moore, Lacombe, LA; son, Christopher Sonnier, Jacksonville; sister, Laura Jones (Aaron), Ponte Vedra Beach; brothers, Michael Dufresne, Honolulu, HI; Jonathan Dufresne, Jacksonville; nephews, Ayden and Maxfield Jones, Ponte Vedra Beach; maternal grandparents, Charles and Carole Smith, Jacksonville; paternal grandfather, Robert Moore, New Orleans, LA; aunt, Helen Tuthill, Jacksonville; uncle Bob Moore (Diane); and cousins, Jennifer and Margaret.

She is preceded in death by paternal grandmother, Margaret Moore, New Orleans, LA

A funeral service will be held at 12:30 pm on Tuesday, November 22, 2016 at Redeemer Church, 190 S. Roscoe Rd, Ponte Vedra Beach, FL. Rev. Sean Yost and Rev. David Sheffield will officiate. Burial will be in Hardage-Giddens, Chapel Hills Memory Gardens. Serving as pallbearers will be Donovan Carroll, Christopher Sonnier, Timothy Moore, Michael S.G.Dufresne, Jonathan Dufresne and Michael L.Dufrensne.
