Cheryl Stephens Newman

Cheryl Ann Newman, 60, of Jacksonville, Florida, passed away on June 14, 2023. Cheryl loved helping people in any way. She was known to sacrifice herself to ensure that others were cared for. Her warm smile and loving heart will be missed tremendously.

Cheryl is survived by her husband, Charles Newman, daughter, Tara and her husband Chris Ridgeway, daughter Lara and her husband Danny Bosque, son Christian Newman, stepson Kevin and his wife Peggy Newman and stepdaughter Kayla Faye Newman. She had four grandchildren - Charlotte (2.5 yrs), Charlie (11 mo), August (9 mo), and Henry (8 mo). She is survived by her brother Todd Stephens and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her sisters, Brenda and Nancy.

The family has chosen a private memorial ceremony to celebrate her life and legacy.
