Cloa Harvey Lloyd

Cloa Harvey Lloyd, 86, passed away July 23, 2015. She was born August 1, 1928 in Monticello, GA to the late John Parks Harvey and Cloa Duke Harvey. She attended and graduated from Georgia State College for Women in Milledgeville, GA. She moved to Jacksonville in 1959 with her husband Harold from Jessup, GA. She retired from the Duval County school system where she taught at Windy Hill Elementary. Cloa was a long time member and elder at Arlington Presbyterian Church. She had a lifelong passion for playing the piano where she would play for hours with friends and family by her side.

Family members include her sons, Hal (Debbie) Lloyd, Keith (Tracy) Lloyd and Kevin (Cindy) Lloyd, grandchildren Lindsay, Kyle, Lauren, Ashley, Andrew Lloyd and Alyssa (Lyle) Izzillo.

She is predeceased by her husband Harold Lloyd and brothers John, Charles and Robert Joe Harvey.

A visitation will be held from 4-6pm, Sunday, July 26, 2015 at Hardage-Giddens Chapel Hills Funeral Home, 850 St. Johns Bluff Rd. N., Jacksonville www.hardage-giddenschapelhills.com. Funeral services will be held at 10am, Monday, July 27, 2015 at Arlington Presbyterian Church, 1351 Sprinkle Dr, Jacksonville, FL 32211. Interment will follow in Arlington Memorial Park.
