Clydia was born to Clyde L. and Grace Schramm on February 5th, 1942. She had a brother Curtis Kempton, and a sister Kathy Dixion.
She is survived by her husband Claude D. Kersey, her daughter Laverne E. Smith and son-in-law Clyde L. Smith; Grandson, Nicholas B. Smith (Theresa); Great-grandchildren, Zachary Smith, Destiny Brooks (Tyler), and Trace Smith; Great-great-grandchildren, Alice Brooks and Isaac Brooks.
A visitation for Clydia will be held Friday, January 31, 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at The Riverside Event Pavilion, 1373 Memorial Park Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32205, A funeral service will occur Friday, January 31, 2025 at 2:00 PM at The Riverside Event Pavilion 1373 Memorial Park Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32205. A committal service will follow Friday, January 31, 2025 at 3:30 PM at Hardage-Giddens, Riverside Memorial Park & Funeral Home, 7242 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32205.
