Connie E. Austin, 77, passed away Sunday, November 22, 2015 in Jacksonville, FL. She was born August 31, 1938 to Horace and Estelle Harper. Connie loved to garden and spend time with her family. She very much enjoyed collecting Fenton glass. She is preceded in death by 1 son Mike. Connie is survived by her husband of 61 years Bill, 2 sons Cary Austin, Steve Austin, 1 daughter Roxanne (Tim) Garrett, 2 brothers Harold, Vernon, 2 sisters Shirley, Sandra, 12 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 27, 2015 at 2pm at Hardage-Giddens Town & Country Funeral Home, 7242 Normandy Blvd., Jacksonville, FL 32205 with interment at Riverside Memorial Park.
