I do ok most of the time but then it hits me and I crumble. I miss you so much! I often look at pictures of you and a million memories come flooding in. Mom, I honestly can’t think of a more kinder gentle soul than you. Everyone adored you! You were so selfless and always doing for others. Watching and listening to you taught me so much. I never wanted to disappoint you. When my friends complained about their moms and would often call them a bitch I would tell them that I loved and respected my mom too much to ever say that to her! Of course they would say “well, yeah. Your mom is so sweet” They also know the miles I put in walking home from bus stops miles away from mine BC someone said “ your momma” let me tell ya, those were fighting words to me! God certainly blessed me by making you my mom🩷 I love and miss you terribly.

My grandmother was the sweetest, kindest, most loving person I knew. She had a family that loved her dearly and wanted to spend all the time they could with her. My only regret is that I never got to spend the time I wish I could have with her before she passed, but I know she knew I loved her and that she loved me and everyone else in the family. I'm not religious in any aspect, but, if there is a god and heaven, she was proof that angels exsist and walk amongst us. You will be missed Grandma, by everyone.

 It was truly an honor to have know a woman such as yourself. We all write these messages as if you're going to read them and I believe you already knew what we wanted to say before it even made it onto here. If this is true then you would know that I thought highly of you and that you were this family's rock. The way everyone gathered around you was amazing. You don't see this in every family and I was fortunate enough to have been a part of your family while you were here. Thank you for everything and I pray that one day I will see you again.

Where do you begin to write about a woman who had more love for life than any one? Grandma you were an inspiration to everyone you met. You accepted me and my kids into your family with open loving arms as if we had always been a part from the beginning. I will forever miss our time outside laughing and talking and you sipping your wine.Taylor said it perfectly when he said he would miss your "sassy self". Until we see you again you will forever be in our hearts. We LOVE and MISS you. Remember it will always be 5 O'Clock somewhere!

To the amazing woman who accepted me like I was her own. Grams, from the moment I walked into your house you took me into your arms and immediately told me that you loved me. That was 11 years ago and I can still feel the warmth and love radiating from you as you held me in your arms as we hugged. Years ago you and gramps gave me a blanket just moments before I crawled into the expedition to go home to North Carolina. I will never forget those 2 moments that you and I shared. I sleep with that exact same blanket every night and I never leave home without it. Just by having that blanket I will forever be embraced in your warm and loving hugs.

Jane, I always said what an amazingly strong woman you were and such an inspiration to so many who have to go through something difficult, health issues or otherwise, you always came through with flying colors and bounced back with amazing speed. What a fighter you were. You will always be "the one" who I refer to when I talk about a woman I once knew and respected. You will be greatly missed

Mom, you were my best friend and the center of our family. I'm still trying to process my feelings and understand how I will be able  to live in a world without you, you had the most loving heart and beautiful soul, you loved  unconditionally and did so much for so many people and never expected a thing in return .  You were a once in a lifetime wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend. My sweet, loving, caring, funny and life of the family and party Grandma you will forever be missed.  My heart is broken but I am so thankful you will never feel another ounce of pain. I am thankful we had your favorite tacos together on your last night here on this earth. I wish I could bring you back. I wish we could jam to wagon wheel one more time or do our rounds at tjmaxx. So incredibly sad for all who knew and loved Aunt Jane. Our family mourns her passing together with everyone her life has touched. We can say only that we hope the pain of her leaving us is soothed somewhat by the surpassing peace she must have found.
