I had the priviledge of working with Mr.Blake in the early 90's at Sima Mayport,Fl. He was a realist and spoke from the heart. I am gonna miss this brother. I used to run into him periodically when visiting Jacksonville. Nice serving with you, rest easy my friend.

BM1 Cornelius Blake was my supervisor in Guantanamo Bay Cuba in 95-96. I ran into him again in 2010 when I was a PS1. He said he was so proud of me but because of a piece of his strong leadership I made it through and was able to retire as a Navy Chief. Rest in Heaven my Friend.
