Corrie L. Thompson, 102, passed away Monday, November 30, 2015 in Jacksonville, FL. She was born April 30, 1913 to Carl and Leila Veal in Dublin, GA. Corrie was better known as “Ninny” to her family which she loved her family immensely. She is preceded in death by her husband of 56 years Arthur, 3 daughters, 1 brother and 7 sisters. Corrie is survived by 1 daughter Louise Kicklighter, 13 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, 16 great-great-grandchildren and one son-in-law Curtis Hagan. Arrangements under the care of Hardage-Giddens Town & Country Funeral Home, 7242 Normandy Blvd., Jacksonville, FL 32205. A visitation will be held on Saturday, December 5, 2015 from 10-11am at New Life at Park Street, 5975 Park Street, Jacksonville, FL 32205. Funeral services to follow at 11am with interment at Riverside Memorial Park.
