David L. Wester, 65, passed away on Wednesday, June 11, 2014 in Jacksonville, FL. He was born February 21, 1949 in Jacksonville, FL to John and Virginia Wester. David loved working crossword puzzles and Starbuck’s coffee. His passion was bird watching and when he was younger he was a member of the Audobon Society. He also collected stamps. David is survived by one sister Adelia (Joel) Jones, four nieces Linda Pilkinton, Christina Martin, Diana Harelson, Barbara Jones and one nephew Daniel Cameron. Arrangements under the care of Hardage-Giddens Town & Country Funeral Home, 7242 Normandy Blvd., Jacksonville, FL 32205. A funeral service will be held for family and friends on Sunday, June 15, 2014 at 3:00pm in the chapel with internment to follow at Riverside Memorial Park.
