Dollie S. Weyland Whittemore, 89, passed away Friday, August 24, 2012. Born on November 19, 1922 in Ontario, Canada to the Late Ross J. Weyland, and Ella M. Chute Weyland. Dollie is preceded in death by her husband, Ralph M. Whittemore, her daughter, Joyce Ella Johnson, and her son, Ralph James Whittemore. She is survived by her 2 sons, Michael Larry Whittemore (Lisa), and Edward Allen Whittemore (Joyce); 10 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, and 9 great-great grandchildren. The family visitation to greet friends will be held on Friday, August 31, 2012 from 10:00am until 11:00am, at Hardage-Giddens Town & Country Funeral Home, 7242 Normandy Blvd., Jacksonville, FL 32205. Funeral Service will follow at 11:00am in the Chapel of Hardage-Giddens Town & Country Funeral Home. Burial will be in Riverside Memorial Park, Jacksonville, FL.
