Dolores F. Capulungan, age 74, passed away Saturday, July 7, 2012 in Jacksonville, FL. Dolores was born February 21, 1938 in San Nicolas, Philippines. She was dearly loved by all who knew her and will truly be missed by all. Survivors include her husband, Raymundo Capulungan; son, Neider Capulungan and his wife, Sarah; daughter, Madeline Turoski and her husband, Gregory; sisters, Victoria Butin and Fausta Simpliciano; grandchildren, Kyle Capulungan, Kayla Capulungan, Kaehli Capulungan. Kaetlan Capulungan and Kaelyn Turoski. A Memorial Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, July 10, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at Hardage-Giddens Town & Country Funeral Home, 7242 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32205.
