She was born on March 28, 1924 in Providence, Rhode Island. Dorothy moved to Jacksonville Florida in the early 50’s. She has always had a love for reading books and taking care of her dogs. “Little Bit” being her most recent pet and best friend!
Dorothy was predeceased by her husband Roland Boardman and survived by her son Roland Michael Boardman, daughter Donna Lou Pritchard, her two sisters Ruth Bloch and Shirley Lindell and her brother Robert Ward, three grandchildren, ten grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Dorothy was well known for her love for her family and her kindness to others. She will forever be remembered and missed greatly!
