A devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Edna was the beloved wife of the late Matthew Lamb. She was the cherished mother of four daughters: Gloria Ellison, Brenda Grant, Diane Beers, and Glenda Biddle and two sons: Ray Petteway and Glenn Petteway
Edna’s legacy lives on through her 17 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren, each a reflection of her love, strength, and gentle guidance. She was a woman of grace, wisdom, and quiet strength, known for her unwavering faith and deep devotion to her family.
She will be remembered for her warm heart, kind spirit, and the lasting impact she had on all who knew her.

A visitation for Edna will be held Wednesday, June 11, 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Riverside Pavilion Event Center, 1373 Memorial Park Road, Jacksonville, FL 32205. A funeral service will occur Thursday, June 12, 2025 at 2:00 PM, 1373 Memorial Park Road, Jacksonville, FL 32205. A committal service will follow the funeral service at Riverside Memorial Park, 7242 Normandy Boulevard, Jacksonville, FL 32205.
