She was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Bill O’Cain.
Edna worked as a secretary and bookkeeper for over 50 years. She was an amazing cook and seamstress. She also enjoyed doing crafts, and in her later years, she took up coloring books.
She is survived by her 3 children, Ellen O’Cain Brady (Steven), Glenda O’Cain Carroll (Edwin) and Robert O’Cain; 5 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
Edna was a longtime member of First Coast Baptist Church, Jacksonville and a member of the Victory Sunday School Class.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, February 6, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Hardage-Giddens Riverside Memorial Park, 7242 Normandy Blvd., Jacksonville, FL 32205 with Pastor Steven Brady officiating.
