Elaine was born in Marshall, MI., on 7/4/1949. She graduated from Marshall High School.
Elaine was married to Gary Thomas on 5/13/1994; they were married 21 years.
Elaine enjoyed cats and gardening.
Elaine is survived by her husband Gary Thomas, her siblings; Bruce Stuart, Roger Stuart, Ernie Stuart, Martha Stuart, several nieces and nephews, and other family and friends.
Elaine is preceded in death by her father Edward Stuart and her mother Marjorie Stuart.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 PM, on May 2, 2016, at Town & Country Funeral Home. The funeral will take place at 1:00PM, on May 3, 2016, at Jacksonville National Cemetery. Burial will follow the funeral at Jacksonville National Cemetery at 1:30PM.
