Erlene Manire

Erlene was born on April 24, 1931. Her parents were Pearl Clifton Harrelson and Elbert R. Harrelson. Siblings were one sister, Lois Harrelson Moody and one brother, Ralph Harrelson. She was preceeded in death by her parents and siblings. She missed her family and was looking forward to their reunion in heaven.

Erlene was married to Daniel L. Perry for many years. Children from their marriage are Danny Perry, Randy Perry, Rodney Perry, and Lori Ann Perry. Rodney Perry preceeded his mother in death. All of our hearts were broken and have been since that day. Daniel Perry passed away on March 3, 1987 after a lengthy illness.

Erlene married John K. Manire Sr. and they had many, many happy years together, also providing her with one step son John K. Manire Jr. John Manire Sr. preceeded his wife in death. She missed him every day after.

Her number one accomplishment in life was being a wonderful, loving mother and grandmother. Her professional career was senior care. She was a proud and longtime member of West Park Baptist Church.

Erlene had many friends and family, she will be missed by all.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 14, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at Hardage-Giddens Riverside Memorial Park and Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior beginning at 10:00 a.m.
