Erlinda Nazareno Alamo went home with the Lord on Wednesday July 27, 2022. She was born on May 25, 1945 in Kawit Cavite Philippines to Primo Morada Nazareno and Demetria Buenaventura Nazareno.
As a navy wife, she moved to many places like Honolulu Hawaii, Seattle Washington and then settling in Jacksonville Florida where she worked as a Cosmetologist for many years. She was predeceased by her husband, Hermogenes Amado Alamo of 45 years, brothers Edilberto Nazareno, Ronaldo Nazareno and her parents. She is survived by her two daughters Genielyn Alamo Reyes (Jerry), Arlene Alamo Emery (Joseph), granddaughter Jaelyn Alamo Reyes, grandson Alan Gene Alamo Emery, great-grandson Noah Joseph Reyes, her brothers Rodelin Nazareno (Marie), Primo Nazareno Jr (Teresita), Crisanto Nazareno (Elena), Arnel Nazareno (Marilou), her sisters Fenita Albay, Noralyn Reyes (Dr Cayetano), and Elenita Bongayan (Rodel).
A visitation for Erlinda will be held Friday, August 12, 2022 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Hardage-Giddens Chapel Hills Funeral Home, 850 St Johns Bluff Road North, Jacksonville, FL 32225. A mass of christian burial will occur Saturday, August 13, 2022 at 10:00 AM in Christ the King Catholic Church, 742 Arlington Rd. N., Jacksonville, FL 32211.
