

Felicitas Borces Liu, lovingly known as Cita, passed away peacefully on July 22, 2026, at the age of 78 in Jacksonville, Florida. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, family member, and friend whose life was defined by love, strength, kindness, and unwavering devotion to those around her.
Born on September 6, 1947, in Dingras, Ilocos Norte, Philippines, Cita lived a life filled with purpose, compassion, and grace. She touched countless lives through her generosity, wisdom, and the unconditional love and care she shared with her family, friends, and community.
She is lovingly remembered by her children, Anne Marie Chua and Ceferino Pascua Jr.; her son-in-law, Malcolm Chua; her cherished grandchildren, Jaden and Mackenzie Chua; her sisters, Conchita Abaro and Rosita Villanueva; and her extended family and cherished Deuteronomy family: Oren and Marvin Chua; John and Mayette Santos; Nori and Louie Domingo; Arlene Delos Reyes; Nanay Nida; Luz and Fidel Pascua; Lily Yape; Cynthia Yape; Michael and Wyeth Dizon; Tito Bing and Tita Lesli; Brother Rolly; and many other relatives and dear friends whose lives she touched.
Cita will always be remembered for her gentle spirit, steadfast faith, loving heart, and selfless devotion to her family. She found joy in caring for others, preserving family traditions, and serving those in need. Her warmth, compassion, and unwavering trust in God were a source of comfort and inspiration to everyone who knew her. The memories she created and the love she shared will be treasured for generations to come.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, August 7, 2026, at 6:00 PM at Christ Cares Alliance Church, 1620 St. Johns Bluff Road North, Jacksonville, FL 32225.
The family is deeply grateful for the love, prayers, and support they have received during this difficult time. While Cita's presence will be deeply missed, they find comfort and peace in knowing that she has gone home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. They rejoice in the hope and promise of eternal life and will forever cherish her memory, carrying forward the love, faith, kindness, and grace that she so faithfully shared throughout her life.
