

Floyd ‘Henry’ Williams, 72, was born on January 20, 1941 and passed away on his birthday, Sunday, January 20, 2013 after a short illness. He was employed by Crane & Rigging for 30 plus years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, four wheeling, and attending his grandkids ball games. His greatest joy was spending time with his family. He was a loving husband, dad, and ‘Poppy’. He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Sherry Williams, Jacksonville, FL; his five children, Floyd ‘Henry’ Williams Jr., Robin Poe-Sanford, Joe Williams, Brian Culpepper, Jaimie Cook; and his 8 amazing grandchildren; Justin Sanford, Cody Williams, Garrett Williams, Savana Williams, MacKenzie Williams, Austin Culpepper, Justin Culpepper, and Gavin Cook.
He will be truly missed, but forever in our hearts and memories. We love you very much and hope you’re having a great time chasing that big buck in heaven. The service and celebration of his life will be held on Sunday, January 27, 2013 from 11:00am until 1:00pm at Hardage-Giddens Town & Country Funeral Home, 7242 Normandy Blvd., Jacksonville, FL. 32205. Memorial Funeral Service will begin at 11:00am. After conclusion of Henry’s Memorial Funeral Service there will be a celebration gathering at the Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to Community Hospice of Northeast Florida.
