Frances S. Schage, 80, passed away on July 17th, 2011, at St. Vincent’s Medical Center. Born May 2nd, 1931, she was the daughter of the late William and Jane Somers. She is survived by her husband, James, of 60 years, daughter Barbara (Robert, Jr.) Holley, and sons James Jr., (Terry), and William )Barbara), 5 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. She was a member of the American Legion Post 137 Auxiliary, and the 40/8 Cabane 304. Frances will be remembered for her love of laughter, quick wit, generous heart and love of family. The family will receive friends Wednesday, July 20th, 2011 from 5-7 pm at Hardage-Giddens Town and Country Funeral Home, 7242 Normandy Blvd. Graveside services will be held Thursday, July 21st, 2011 at 11:00 am at Riverside Memorial Park.
