Fred M. Bedran Sr., age 83, passed away Wednesday, February 2 7, 2013 in Jacksonville, FL. Fred was born October 25, 1929 in Cayo, British Honduras to Alejandro and Nazle (Awe) Bedran. Fred was a member of the Most Holy Redeemer Catholic Church. He was preceded by his loving wife of 30 years Alice Louise Bradley Bedran in December of 1983. Survivors include one daughter Bernice Bedran Gunkel (Ronald); five sons Fred Bedran Jr. (Hollie), Joseph Bedran (Eva), Alejandro Bedran, Albert Bedran (Wendy), and Salim Bedran; eleven grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren. Family will receive family and friends from 5:00 - 8:00 pm, Sunday, March 3, 2013 at Hardage-Giddens Town & Country Funeral Home, 7242 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32205. Funeral services will be 10:00 am Monday, March 4, 2013 at Most Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, 8523 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32221. Interment will follow services in Riverside Memorial Park.
