Frederick is survived by his three children, Heather, Christopher, and Ashley.
Graveside services will be held on Thursday, June 16, 2016 at 9:30am at the Jacksonville National Cemetery, 4083 Lannie Road, Jacksonville, FL 32218. Pastor Richard Carney of Park Lane Baptist Church will be officiating.
