A visitation will be held on February 28, 2026, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm at Hardage-Giddens Chapel Hills Funeral Home, located at 850 St Johns Bluff Road North, Jacksonville, FL 32225.
The funeral service will follow on the same day at the same location, from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm.
A committal service will take place from 1:00 pm to 1:30 pm at Chapel Hills Memory Gardens, also located at 850 St Johns Bluff Road North, Jacksonville, FL 32225.
