Gloria V. Miguel, age 60, went to be with the Lord and Savior December 29, 2013 in San Antonio, TX. Gloria was born March 6, 1953 in Lubao, Pampanga, Philippines to Emilio and Maria Espiritu Velasco. She was an active parishioner of St. Edwards Catholic Chapel at NAS Jacksonville. Gloria loved cooking, and was always happy and willing to cook for her dear friends. She will be missed dearly by her loving husband of 28 years Herminio; two sons Gene and Kevin; sister Emelita and brother in-law Leonardo, sister in-law Liza, brother Enrique and wife Carmen; sister Zenaida and husband Armie, sister Remedios; nephews Louie, Marlon, Francis, Fernan, Mark and Nikko; nieces Carolyn, Faye, Camille, Anne, and Karen. Family will receive relatives and friends for visitation and “Celebration of her Life” @ 9:00 – 11:00 AM, Saturday, January 4, 2013. A Mass of Christian Funeral will follow @ 11:00 AM.
