Grace Carson Brogli

Grace Carson Brogli, age 95, passed on Thursday, November 14, 2013. Grace was born on July 27, 1918 in Charleston, South Carolina to John and Grace (Pettis) Carson. She was a member of Christ Church Jacksonville Anglican. Grace was preceded in death by her husband Samuel L. Brogli Sr., her parents John William and Grace O. Carson, one son John Martin Brogli, two sisters Helen C. Tate and Betty Louise Miner. She was devoted to her family and friends. Survivors include son Samuel L. Brogli Jr. (Eileen); daughter-in-law Kathy Brogli; brother John William Carson Jr. (Wylene); sister Inez G Cashwell (Elton); five grandsons Chris, John, Sam, Max, and Jay (Wendi); two great granddaughters Sydney and Kenzi; numerous nieces and nephews. Family will receive family and friends 5:00 – 7:00 pm, Friday November 22, 2013 at Hardage-Giddens Town & Country Funeral Home, 7242 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32205. Funeral services will be held 11:00 am Saturday November 23, 2013 at the funeral home with Father Mark Eldredge. Burial will follow at Riverside Memorial Park located at 7242 Normandy Blvd. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Grace’s honor to Christ Church Jacksonville Anglican, 6310 Blanding Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32244.
