Hazel Davison Mixon, age 83 of Jacksonville, FL went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, December 9, 2010. Hazel was born June 4, 1927 in Barnesville, Ga. She is survived by her daughter Pamela Joy Tolbert and husband Mark Steven Tolbert, and grandchildren Jessica Ashley Gaines, Brandon Thomas Tolbert, and Hunter Steven Tolbert.
Her family will receive friends and family, Monday, December 13, 2010 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Hardage-Giddens Town and Country Chapel. Funeral Services will be conducted Tuesday, December 14, 2010, 11:00 am in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow at Riverside Memorial Park.
