Helen Wanda Lawson, age 85 passed away December 23, 2018. She was born in Chattanooga, Tennessee to Walter Hubert Cordell and Addie Lee Womack Cordell. Helen was a homemaker. Her biggest joy was her children and grandchildren. She loved listening to her music and was of Baptist Faith.
Preceded in death were her parents; spouse of 55 years Grover Terrell Lawson; three brothers: James Levis "Jack", Robert William "Bill", Walter Hubert "Junior"; three sisters: Dorothy Bernice Turner, Ruby Eldridge Sherlin, Annie Catherine Riddell.
Survivors are two sons: Paul, Jr. (Karen) Hudson, Mark (Sheri) Lawson, two grandsons: Paul, III (Amber) Hudson, Joshua Lawson; one granddaughter: Taylor Lawson. One sister: Virginia Jo Murray, several nieces and nephews.
Graveside service will be Thursday, December 27th, 2018 at 11:00 am at Riverside Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers the family request any donations to be made to any local animal shelters or Community Hospice.
