Iris Gaskin Mossman, age 84, passed away Thursday, October 11, 2012 in Palm Bay, FL. Iris was born December 24, 1927 in Jacksonville, Florida to James L. and Leona (Brown) Gaskin. Iris was raised in Jacksonville. Iris currently was a member of the South Patrick Baptist Church of Satellite Beach , Florida. She worked in the banking business and started at the ground level and before retiring was the branch manager. She is preceded in death by her parents, two sisters Ethel Revels and Laura Phillips. Survivors include her loving husband Norman Mossman; one daughter Dianne M. Holdsworth( John Sr.)and children Windy Davis, Jennifer Horne(fiancé Brad), John Holdsworth Jr. (Laura), James Holdsworth, Jennifer Boyd (Tim); one son Richard Mossman (Patsy)and children Ashley Woodard(Todd), Mandy Rose (Brian), Courtney Sandoval (Jose); twelve great grandchildren. Family will receive friends and family on Monday October 15, 2012 from 1:00 – 2:00 pm at Hardage- Giddens Town & Country Funeral Home, 7242 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32205. Funeral Services will follow visitation at 2:00 pm at the funeral home. Interment will at Riverside Memorial Park in Jacksonville, FL.
