Isabelle Frances Bills, 87, born in Jacksonville, FL on October 18, 1929 and passed away September 21, 2017 in Jacksonville, FL. She had a Master's Degree in Education and retired as a teacher in the Duval County School system. She was also a member of First Baptist Church. Isabelle is preceded in death by her husband Ray A. Bills. She is survived by her daughter, Beverly Harkey (Tom); sisters, Evelyn Beckham and Gail Griffin; grandchildren, Robert Harkey, Shelah McCaffrey (Jay), Laura Lacovara (Jeff); and great-grandchildren, J.P. and Collin McCaffrey.
The family will receive friends at Hardage-Giddens, Riverside Memorial Park and Funeral Home, 7242 Normandy Blvd., Jacksonville, FL 32205 on Monday, September 25, 2017 from 6:00pm – 8:00pm. The funeral service will take place at 11:00am on Tuesday, September 26, 2017 at Hardage-Giddens, Riverside Memorial Park and Funeral Home, 7242 Normandy Blvd., Jacksonville, FL 32205 with entombment to follow at Riverside Memorial Park.
