Isla H. Singletary, born on November 30, 1928, passed away on December 29, 2025, at the age of 97. Isla was born in Sefton near Liverpool, England November 30th, 1928. She moved to Jacksonville, Fl. with her family in January 1949. She was married and had four children Calvin L. Singletary, Elizabeth Dawn Singletary Mann, Frank Carl Singletary and David Paul Singletary; grandchildren, Isla Ringer, Heidi Mann, Jesse Singletary, also eight great grandchildren. She was a member of the End-Time Handmaidens & Servant International a worldwide missionary ministry. She was ordained by the Jacksonville Theological Seminary. It was her life's call to love and minister to people, and to show the love of Christ. It was always in her heart to encourage and serve. She felt that it wasn't how you start out in life that was important but how you finished.
A funeral service will be held at Hardage-Giddens Chapel Hills Funeral Home, located at 850 St Johns Bluff Road North, Jacksonville, FL 32225, United States. The service is scheduled for January 10, 2026, 2:00 pm. Visitation with the family will be held one hour prior to service time.
