Mom loved her work as an accountant and always overachieved in everything she did. But the love of her life was her family. Once her grandchildren came on the scene, she forever became known as Grammy. Every child that came into our home ran to Grammy’s room for the best hugs ever. She always had time for them and showered all of us with love. She found humor in all things and was quick with sarcasm for any occasion. She loved the beach and cherished those weeks in Daytona watching family play at the pool and in the sand from her balcony perch. Nothing was more important than time with us. She was a great mom and raised us with love. My brother and I are blessed to call her mom and she will be missed beyond words.
The family invites you to join us for a celebration of her life Sunday August 14th at Artist Connection Theatre (5566 Ft. Caroline Rd. Jacksonville, FL. 32277) at 6:30p for her family and friends in Jacksonville, FL., and on Saturday August 20th friends will be received at 10:30am and the celebration begins at 11:30am at Berry’s Funeral Home (3704 Chapman Hwy, in Knoxville TN 37920).
