Jacquline Evanell Purvis Turner, 73, of Jacksonville, Fla. went home to her Savior on December 6, 2013. She was born in Ware County Georgia July 30, 1940. Evanell as she was known to many was predeceased by her loving parents, brothers & sisters and granddaughter Ashley Nicole Turner. She is survived by her husband, Wilbert James Turner; sons Earl (Carol) Turner and Ronnie (Nancy) Vernon; grandchildren:, Trey, Rob, Robert, Jessica &, Leighann ; four Great Grandchildren; Sisters; a Brother and many loving Brother and Sister-In-laws. A devoted wife of 56 years, loving mother and grandmother and compassionate friend to all, our precious Evanell will be greatly missed. Heaven surely has received a beautiful angel into those pearly gates. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Hardage-Giddens Town and Country Funeral Home located at 7242 Normandy Blvd., Jax. FL 32205, where a public visitation will be held, Monday December 9, 2013 from 5:00 – 7:00 pm. Funeral service will also be held at Town and Country at 11:00 am on Tuesday December 10, 2013 with interment immediately following at Riverside Memorial Park, Reverend Dr. Wayne Rowbottom officiating.
