He is survived by his wife Rebecca Lewis-Hughes; mother Eleanor Hughes of Pinellas Park, FL; children Donald (Cait), Sara and Julie (Anthony); grandchildren Jamie, Noah, Jayden, Carlos, Ryan, Ayla, Benny, Bella, Marley and Ava. James is also survived by his five siblings. He was preceded in death by his father Arthur in 2011.
