James P. Keith

James "Pops" Keith was cherished as a loving husband, brother, father, son, grandfather and great grandfather. He retired from the Navy after over twenty years of service. He then became a long-haul truck driver for another twenty years before his retirement. He later moved in with his son and daughter-in-law, Kerry and Heidi, where he resided until his passing.

Pops' presence will be so very missed by all who knew and loved him.

He is survived by his daughter Leslie Banning (Rick Banning); his son Kerry Busher (Heidi Busher); his son Tracey Keith; his brother Robert Thomas Keith (Sharon Keith); his dog Sarah Keith, his grandchildren Kerry Jr., Jessica(Robert), Jordan(Micheal), Johnathan(Jessie) , Amber(Rich), Makayla, Britany(Mike), Josh ,Katy, Aaron, Caleb, Jimmy, Tiffany Casanova (Mario), Tiffany Willis, Zack, Ashley, and his great grandchildren Kayden, Chloey, Zoey, Connor, Colton, Easton, Esme, Noah, Lillie-Ann, Hunter, Mario, Julian (Juju), Marianna (Anna), Julianna (Googie), baby Hadley on the way, and his friends Jean Thomas, Peggy Barfield, Michelle Barfield, Chrissy, Kenny, Layla Frost.

Pops was preceded in death by his wife Ruth Ann Keith; his mother Emma Keith and his father Millard Keith; his son James P Keith Jr.; his sister Dean Carr; his sister Anne Johnson; his brother Millard Keith Jr.; his brother Jurdy Keith and his brother George Keith.

A visitation for James will be held Saturday, September 27, 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Hardage-Giddens, Riverside Memorial Park & Funeral Home, 7242 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32205. A Celebration of Life Service at 10:00 AM, followed by a committal service at 11:00 AM.
