He served in the United States Army and retired from Velda Farms Dairies.
James is preceded in death by his parents, Harold and LaVerne Mann, his beloved wife Brenda,
his sisters Carolyn Young, and Ramona Pugliese, and his brother Rodger Mann. James is
survived by his sons Richard Mann and Jeffrey (Kimberly) Mann, Jacksonville, FL.,
granddaughters Macy and Madison, his brother David Mann, Jacksonville, FL., and several
nieces and nephews.
A graveside service for James will be held Thursday, April 11, 2024 at 3:00 PM at Riverside Memorial Park, 7242 Normandy Boulevard, Jacksonville, FL 32205.
