Janette was born in Rock Island, IL and died unexpectedly; entering into eternal peace on November 23, 2015 at the age of 59. She was the daughter of Walter Lewis Morgan and Pauline Agnus Hoepfner Morgan and grew up in Moline, IL. After graduating from Moline High School in 1974, she received her Master in Rehabilitation Counseling from Southern Illinois University.
Her adventurous spirit led her to Seattle, Washington establishing her own practice in family counseling and married Dean Taylor in 1990. During her years in Seattle she loved gardening, cooking and her dog, Scout. She was an avid sports’ fan. After her divorce she moved closer to family in Fayetteville, NC and then to Jacksonville, FL.
Preceded in death by her grandparents, mother, father and one nephew; she is survived by her three sisters: Mary Ann (Robert) Anderson, Elizabeth (Stevan) Kilgard, and Eva (Ron) Hansen, two nieces, two nephews, five grand nieces, one grand nephew, a host of other relatives, many friends and her cat, Cato.
