Jessica Lynn Perry, 17, passed away on Thursday, January 1, 2015 in Sanderson, FL. She was born April 19, 1997 to Matthew Perry and Joanne Otto in Jacksonville, FL. Jessica recently started skateboarding and loved fashion. In fact, she was going through cosmetology classes while attending classes full time in high school. Jessica is preceded in death by her mother Joanne Otto but was raised by her Aunt Sharon who was her second mother. She is survived by her father Matthew Perry, two brothers Joseph Losteter, David Otto and four sisters Brittany Otto, Stephanie Otto, Megan Perry and Katie Arnold. Arrangements under the care of Hardage-Giddens Town & Country Funeral Home, 7242 Normandy Blvd., Jacksonville, FL 32205. A visitation for friends will be held on Tuesday, January 6, 2015 in the chapel from 12:00-1:30pm. Funeral services to follow at 1:30pm with interment at Riverside Memorial Park.
