In the l940s two young ladies met and became friends. This friendship grew and prospered for 75 years. It was such a strong
friendship that it encompassed our whole family. Angie's sisters, her nieces and nephews and their children... all considered her a part of the Hiorns Clan.
It is with a heavy heart that we say goodbye to "our Jewell." Her beautiful smile, her positive personality, her faithful fight against her illnesses, and her loving attitude toward both her own family and ours. She was always there through the good and bad. She loved a good party and being around people (boy did Angie and Jewell love to party and loved to watch a football game especially when the Gators were playing , of course.)
So we all want to tell her family to stay strong and remember the beautiful memories we have of her. We know that one day we will all be together again.
Rest in Peace Beautiful Lady,
Angie Hiorns, Pam Hiorns, Howell, and Mary Ella Hiorns Todorsky

I have spent many memories and fun times with and around Jewel.
She was always up for a good laugh and a joke. Jewel was so sweet and kind. I remember the cruises we all took, what a blast! I will always remember the good times we all shared at our Thanksgiving and Christmas Dinners at Valarie, Richards & Sierras. We all had fun playing the Dice Game which she loved to play. Although she always seem to take my money! (LoL) ... I was blessed to have met her and know her through the years. Jewel, you will be sorely missed along with all the fun memories that were shared. I will think of you often and fondly! I give the family my sincerest condolences along with my deepest thoughts and prayers! God Bless you Jewel!!
