Jimmie J. Godbold, 74, passed away on April 15, 2017. Jimmie was born on December 14, 1942 in Lake City, FL. He is preceded in death by his parents, Gene "Shorty" and Evelyn; his brothers, Gene, Greg and Frank; his sisters, Darlene and Susan; and his grandson, Troy. He leaves to cherish his memories: his loving wife, Barbara "Dinkie" of 54 years; 3 sons, Joe (Stacey), Leslie (Terri) and Christopher (Lesa); 4 brothers; 2 sisters; 9 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, supportive family and friends.
A memorial service will be held at 3pm on Saturday, April 22, 2017 at Hardage-Giddens Town & Country Funeral Home.
