John Joseph Beatty, III, age 78, passed away on January 30, 2017 in Gainesville, Florida. John was born on October 23, 1938. He was a loving father, brother, and uncle and will be sorely missed by his family. He is preceded in death by his sister, Elizabeth Ann Combs. John is survived by his son, John Beatty, IV; one sister, Margaret Beatty; and niece, Debra McCall and her children, Billy and Morgan. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, February 4, 2017 at 10:00am at Riverside Memorial Park. Pastor Bob Hovey will serve as officiant.
