Kathy Shaneyfelt, 70, avid reader, movie lover and Elvis fan, passed away peacefully on March 3, 2017 following a long illness. She is survived by son, Howard Frail; granddaughter, Heather Frail; brother, Michael Madigan (Emily); sister, Nancy Torbert; and niece, Deborah Torbert, all of Jacksonville, Florida. She retired in 2014 after nearly 40 years in health insurance at Blue Cross and UF Health. Kathy now rejoins her first-born, Kenny Frail; parents, James and Mary Madigan; and siblings, Donna and Kevin. A graveside service will be held for Kathy at Riverside Memorial Park on Friday, March 10, 2017 at 1 PM.
