Kim Michelle Moon, age 63, of Jacksonville, Florida passed away on Thursday, February 17, 2022. Kim was born September 12, 1958 in Niagara Falls, New York. She was preceded in death by her parents Howard J Flagler and Jeanette Flagler, and her sister Rhonda Danyus.
Kim was a devoted and loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She enjoyed shopping and her grandchildren.

A visitation for Kim will be held Saturday, March 5, 2022 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Hardage-Giddens Chapel Hills Funeral Home, 850 St Johns Bluff Road North, Jacksonville, FL 32225. A funeral service will occur Saturday, March 5, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, 850 St Johns Bluff Road North, Jacksonville, FL 32225. A committal service will occur Saturday, March 5, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Chapel Hills Memory Gardens, 850 St Johns Bluff Road North, Jacksonville, FL 32225.
