Kurt was born to William L. and Bonnie R. Gove Thompson on March 16, 1959. He attended local schools and graduated with an Associates Degree in Horticulture from Florida Junior College.
He married Jerry Price on September 19, 2020. Kurt worked as an Electrical Designer for VWB Consulting Engineering and Stellar, Inc.
Kurt’s hobbies included antique cars, gardening and boating. He was of the Baptist faith.
Predeceased by his parents William and Bonnie Thompson, Kurt is survived by his husband Jerry Price. Also brother Randy Thompson, aunt Beth Reynolds and family, friends Kathy Seymour, Chris Carver, Oneil Castleberry and Theresa Carver and family.
