LaRae was a devoted, loyal and giving daughter, sister, wife, aunt and friend to all she met. She was a hardworking lady, helping just about anyone who needed it and never had a cross word to say about anyone. She loved having a good time with family, friends or a mixture of both. The beach was her choice for vacation, but travelled up and down the East Coast and throughout the state of Florida, even venturing into the mountains and big city of New York. Besides her already big immediate family she gathered more calling them her ‘sisters’ and having fun, fabulous adventures with them. LaRae worked at various places throughout her life but the Kitchen Kettle Deli she co-owned with her sister Kim was her home for 20 years making and feeding a whole new host of family and friends. She volunteered (well her sister Jeri volunteered her) with Girl Scouts, St Matthews church and school Always with a smile and lets get it done attitude.
LaRae will be missed by many … but especially her family, fur babies and her ‘besties’. Heaven truly gained an angel with a heart of gold.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in LaRae’s name to your local Humane Society (if she could have, Rae would have adopted all the dogs!!!)
